Eggless Gingerbread on the Platter

Honey bread is that delicious, aromatic and flavorful recipe that brings back good memories for me. Today I prepared another version of Eggless Honey Bread on the Travessa. This recipe is very easy and economical, everything is done by hand and without complications!

Ingredients

Pasta
1 and ½ cups (tea) of water (360ml)
1 cup (tea) of sugar (180g)
½ cup (tea) honey (150g)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
Lemon zest to taste
1 tablespoon vanilla essence (15ml)
Nutmeg to taste
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
4 tablespoons of chocolate powder (24g)
2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (280g)
1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder (14g)
½ teaspoon of baking soda (2.5g)
Syrup
1 glass (American type) of water (200ml)
3 tablespoons of sugar (36g)
1 cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (1ml)
Filling
400g creamy dulce de leche
Roof
200g milk or semi-sweet chocolate
1 box of cream (200g)
