Easy and delicious no-bake pineapple dessert cups that melt in your mouth! Pineapple tiramisu.

Place a layer of pineapple pieces over the cream.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
Garnish with pineapple chunks and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Place the pineapple tiramisu in the glass in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight so that it sets and the flavors can combine.
