Delicious poppy seed cake with custard cream and chocolate icing

For the cream, cook milk, pudding powder and sugar to form a thick pudding. Melt the butter in the hot pudding and add the sour cream. Mix everything into a smooth cream.

Spread the cream on the cake base while it is still warm.

For the glaze, melt the chocolate and cream over a water bath and stir until smooth. Pour the glaze over the cooled cream and chill the cake.
