Delicious poppy seed cake with custard cream and chocolate icing

Ingredients

For the dough:
6 eggs
120 g cane sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons flour
180 g ground poppy seeds
1/2 pack baking powder

For the cream:
1 l milk
3 pieces pudding powder with vanilla flavor
2 packs vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons cane sugar
2 packs sour cream
100 g butter

For the glaze:
100 ml whipped cream
200 g cooking chocolate

preparation

Mix eggs with sugar until foamy and stir in flour mixed with poppy seeds and baking powder.

Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 190 °C for about 25 minutes.

After baking, allow to cool and remove the baking paper. You can also remove the thin skin or crust so that the cream sticks better.
