To start, let’s prepare the mashed potatoes. In a pan of boiling water, place 500g of potatoes and a tablespoon of salt. Cook until the potatoes are soft enough to mash and puree.

Preparing the Filling:

While the potatoes are cooking, heat another pan with a little olive oil and a clove of garlic. Add half a chopped onion and a slice of Calabrian sausage cut into pieces.
