Ingredients:

1-pound ground chuck
1 cup onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
12 ounces pasta noodles (rotini or your choice)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
1/2 cup Blanco Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon season salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama seasoning (adjust to taste)
A pinch of Accent (seasoning enhancer)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground chuck until it’s no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
Add the chopped onions and diced bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté them with the ground chuck until they become tender, which should take about 5 minutes.
