Creamy red fruit cake that melts in your mouth

Ingredients

Dough :
3 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

5 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Cream:
400 g cream
2 cream stiffener
1 vanilla sugar

1 tablespoon of lemon juice
250 g low-fat quark
6 tablespoons of preserving sugar 2:1 (normal sugar can also be used, of course)
1 B. sour cream

500 g red jelly or green jelly
