As I’m writing this post, I’m really wishing I had a bowl of this Creamy Chicken Queso Dip in front of me right now to eat.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced red bell pepper
1 small jalapeño, stemmed, seeded and minced
2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
1 14–ounce can chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces Fontina cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons butter, softened as needed
2 tablespoons flour as needed
Tortilla chips, for serving
