Combining creamy vanilla with zesty orange, this cake is reminiscent of childhood summers.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp orange zest
3 eggs
1 cup vanilla almond milk
250 g Cool Whip
100 g vanilla instant pudding mix
½ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 ¼ cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cake mix with vanilla instant pudding mix.
Add wet ingredients: Add eggs, vanilla almond milk, vegetable oil, water and orange juice to the dry mixture. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Add orange zest: Fold in fresh orange zest.
