Cream slices

Pour the egg-sugar mixture into the heated milk, stirring constantly until the cream becomes thick.
Let the cream cool to room temperature.

Beat the whipped cream.
When the cream has cooled, add the whipped cream and mix well.
Pour the cream onto the puff pastry.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until the krempita is golden brown.
When the Krempita has cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
