Cream slices

Ingredients:

500g puff pastry
1 l milk
8 egg yolks
200g sugar
100g flour
1 vanilla sugar
200ml whipping cream
Icing sugar for dusting

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Roll out the puff pastry to the size of the baking tray and place it in the tray.
Prick with a fork and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

While the dough is baking, prepare the cream. Heat the milk on low heat.
Mix the egg yolks, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar in a bowl until smooth.
