EGG WHITE CRUSH
9 egg whites (I put 10)
300g of sugar
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (I used fruit vinegar)
CREAM
9 egg yolks
4 spoons of sugar
4 spoons of sharp flour
2.5 dl of milk
3 vanilla sugars (I have homemade, so I put 3 large spoons)
250 g margarine (we used 200 g)
4 dl of sweet whipped cream
FRUITS AS DESIRED; I PUT THIS UP
3 kiwia
2 banana
500 g of strawberries
Preparation:
1.
Beat stiff snow d egg whites. slowly add sugar.
2.
mix patiently and slowly, at the end add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. stir.
