Cold blueberry cheesecake

Cold blueberry cheesecake with sponge cakes and blueberry layer. A delicate cheesecake made of just a few ingredients, perfect for summer.

The cheesecake is fluffy and light thanks to the addition of whipped cream.

The berry layer with lots of fruit is not only beautiful in color, but tastes equally good. Out of season, it can be made from frozen berries.

Cold blueberry cheesecake will be perfect in the summer season. A simple recipe with just a few ingredients.

COLD BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHEESE MASS:

800 g of cottage cheese, e.g. from a bucket
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
300 ml whipping cream 30%
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 1/2 tablespoons of gelatin
1/2 cup of milk
