Cocoa cubes with coffee and cinnamon flavor

BISCUIT

1 large egg or 2 small ones

160 g of sugar

200 g smooth flour

2 spoons of cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon Baking powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

100 ml of yogurt

40 ml of water

70 ml of oil

140 ml of hot black coffee, drained

JAM COATING

approximately 100 g of plum jam

a little cinnamon

GLAZE

80 g of cooking chocolate

a few drops of oil
