Ingredients:

For the Dough:

  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet (7 grams) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
