CHOCOLATE FONDANT AND CHESTNUT CREAM

If you are a fan of chocolate , I can assure you that this chocolate fondant and chestnut cream will make you jump to the ceiling! Indeed, this cake is so delicious.

Its creation is child’s play and the preparation time does not exceed 5 minutes.

By following this recipe, you will obtain a delicious fondant , flowing as desired.

fondant chocolate cream chestnuts

 

3 eggs
170 g of dark chocolate 60% cocoa
360 g of chestnut cream
100 g of semi-salted butter
50 g of flour
1 level teaspoon of baking powder

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE

Preheat your oven to 160°C fan-forced.

Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it with the butter. You can melt everything in the microwave in 30 sec increments.

Whisk the eggs with the chestnut cream.

Pour the melted chocolate over the previous mixture.

Then add the flour and sifted yeast. Mix.

Pour the dough into a buttered 16 cm mold.

Place the cake in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. The cake should be cooked on the ends and jiggly in the center.

Take out the cake and let cool for 2 to 3 hours. Enjoy.
