CHOCOLATE CUBES WITH CHERRIES

Remove from the stove and beat the cooled filling well with a mixer.
Cut the baked crust horizontally into two parts. Spread one crust with filling, sprinkle with cherries, then spread the rest of the cream, then cover with the second crust.
Melt the chocolate for the topping with a little oil and pour over the cake. Put the cooled treat in the fridge to set, then cut it into cubes before serving.
