INGREDIENTS
300 g flour
150 g butter
150 g sugar
30 g cocoa powder
1 large egg
½ pack of baking powder
Ingredients
1 glass of morello cherries ( 680 g )
100 g sugar
2 packs of vanilla sugar
3 eggs 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder 500 g quark 60 g chocolate sprinkles 1 pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix butter, egg and sugar until fluffy. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and add. Process into loose crumbles using a hand mixer.
Press two thirds of the dough into the base of a greased springform pan (26 cm), forming an edge approx. 4 cm high.
