Chocolate cream slices from the tray recipe

Ingredients:

For the ground:
300 g biscuit(s) (cocoa biscuits)
100 g chocolate in pieces
150g butter

For the cream:
600 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
3 tablespoons potato or corn starch

1 cup powdered sugar
1 piece eggs
50g butter
1 pack vanilla sugar
250 ml whipped cream

For the glaze:
200 ml whipped cream
100g milk chocolate

Preparation:

For the biscuit base, transfer the biscuits into a bag and smash them thoroughly with a rolling pin. I leave small pieces left so that the base becomes nice and crunchy. Alternatively, you can also use a mixer. Then chop the chocolate into small pieces and mix it with the cookie crumbs. Slowly melt the butter in a small pot. As soon as it has melted, add it to the biscuit mixture and mix everything thoroughly with a spoon. Butter the baking tray (30x40cm) and spread the biscuit mixture on it. Press evenly with a spoon.

For the cream, boil milk, flour, starch, powdered sugar and eggs to form a thick pudding. Remove from heat and, while still hot, mix with butter and vanilla sugar. Melt the butter and sugar while stirring. I mixed it with a hand mixer and the cream became nice and smooth. Let it get cold.
Finally, whip the cream until stiff and stir it into the pudding with a whisk. Halve the cream.
