Ingredients
120g butter
70 g chocolate (dark)
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
100g sugar
200g flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
40g ground hazelnuts
100 g bake-stable chocolate (chunks, droplets…)
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp rum (optional)

Place dark chocolate pieces in the mixing bowl. Chop 10 seconds/speed 8. Push down and add the butter. Melt 6 min/50 degrees/speed 1. Decant and set aside.
Insert the stirring attachment. Add eggs, salt and sugar to mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes/50 degrees/speed 3.5 until creamy. Continue beating for 10 min/hour 3.5 (without temperature).
