CHOCO MOCO CAKE READY IN 15 MINUTES

Ingredients:

– biscuit 700 g
– butter 200 g
– sugar 200 g
– chocolate 100 g
– ground walnuts 100 g

– Turkish or instant coffee as needed
– thickness 2-3 spoons
– milk 750 ml
– vanilla sugar 1
– powdered sugar as desired
– water 300 ml
– a little rum

Preparation:

Put the milk to boil, then add sugar as desired, vanilla sugar and chocolate. When the milk boils and the chocolate melts, add the thickener and cook the chocolate cream. Add ground walnuts to it, then leave to cool.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the butter, then beat until foamy. When the filling has cooled, mix it with whipped butter, add a few drops of rum if you like, and mix to get a foamy mixture.
