Required ingredients:
Sponge cake (bake 2 sponge cakes from these ingredients in a 35×24 cm baking tray):
– 125 g of butter
– 100 g of sugar
– 2 eggs
– 150 g of soft white wheat flour
– 1/2 bag of baking powder
– 2 large spoons of quality cocoa
– 200 ml of yogurt at room temperature
In:
-500 g of mascarpone cheese (vindi)
-2-3 large spoons of powdered sugar (or according to your taste)
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-a little vanilla extract
-170 g of dark chocolate
-200 ml of sweet cream for whipping
Glaze (ganache):
-200 g of milk chocolate
-20 g of cooking chocolate
-200 ml of sweet cream (vegetable)
