Choco mascarpone cubes

Making of:

Mix softened butter with sugar, then add eggs and continue mixing. Add the sifted floury ingredients and finally room temperature yogurt. Combine everything.

Divide the mixture into 2 parts and bake 2 separate biscuits in a 35×24 cm baking tray (or similar surface), which should be lined with baking paper.

Filling:
pour sweet cream over the chocolate and heat at a moderate temperature, stirring until everything melts and is well combined. Leave to cool. Mix the cheese, sugar, vanilla and juice of half a lemon and then add to the cooled mixture of chocolate and cream…mix everything well.

Ganache:
Cover the chocolates with vegetable sweet cream and heat at a moderate temperature. Stir until everything is melted and well combined. Cover the cake with warm glaze.

Assembling: sponge cake, 1/2 filling, sponge cake, 1/2 filling, ganache. Cool
