Cheesecake with raspberries and white chocolate: the irresistible dessert recipe

Ingredients:

For the base:
175 g dry cookies
125 g melted butter

For the cream:
250 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
100-125 g sugar
800 g cheese spread (or ricotta)
125 g mascarpone (or sour cream)

150 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar (10 g)
45 g flour
3 eggs
130 g white chocolate
60g cream

Decorate:
100 ml cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
