Cheesecake with jam, be ready for the addiction!

Ingredients:

180 g biscuits
500 g cream cheese
65 g butter
250 g mascarpone cheese
380 g condensed milk
250 g Greek yogurt
5 eggs
40 g cornstarch
A teaspoon of vanilla extract
Strawberry jam
Strawberries Whipped cream

Preparation:

1. To enjoy a delicious cheesecake with strawberry jam, the first thing we have to do is preheat the oven to 180° C, with heat from above and below. We crush the cookies and mix them at room temperature.

2. Then we put the mixture in the bottom of the mold, press lightly with our fingers and cool. Put the cream cheese and the mascarpone type, the condensed milk and the Greek yogurt in a bowl and mix well with the help of a few sticks.

3. Add the eggs one at a time so that we add the next one only when the previous one is well mixed. Then we add the vanilla. Gradually add the cornstarch and continue beating. Then we pour the mixture into the mold and put it in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes and then lower the temperature to 140°C and bake for another 70 minutes.
