Carrot bundt cake

Ingredients:

100 g Flour
1 pack baking powder
200 g Sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
200 g Walnuts, grated

200 g Carrot(s), finely grated
4 Egg(s), separated
½ Lemon(s), juice and grated zest
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 sample Clove powder
1 tbsp rum

For decoration:
Cake icing (chocolate)
Carrot(s) made from sugar

preparation

Mix the sifted sugar with vanilla sugar, rum, cinnamon, clove powder, lemon juice and grated lemon peel. Gradually add the egg yolks one at a time and stir until frothy for 20 minutes. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift. Mix with the nuts and finely grated carrots and stir until foamy. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold them into the dough.
