Ingredients
1 kg of strawberries
330 ml whipping cream 30%
48 butter biscuits
2 tablespoons of plain sugar
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
1 cream-fix
25 g of gelatin

Preparation
1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the strawberry puree into a pot and place it on the gas. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix.
3. Then add gelatin and mix again until dissolved. Set the mousse aside to cool and harden slightly.
4. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking tray with baking paper. Place a layer of biscuits on the bottom.
5. Place a thin layer of strawberry mousse on the biscuits and cover the whole thing with another layer of biscuits. Repeat the operation until you run out of ingredients.
