CAKE WITH SPOON MEASURES

INGREDIENTS

BISCUIT

– 5 pcs. egg yolks
– 5 spoons of sugar
– 5 spoons of flour
– 5 spoons of ground walnuts
– 1 bag of baking powder
– 2 spoons of cocoa
– 5 pcs. egg white (snow)

CREAM

– 7 dcl of milk
– 6 spoons of sugar
– 3 spoons of flour
– 3 spoons of thickening
– 2 bags of vanilla sugar
– 20 dkg of margarine for creams (or butter)

GLAZE

– 30 dkg of cooking chocolate
– 400 ml of sweet cream

PREPARATION

BISCUIT

Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.

Beat egg yolks with sugar in a large bowl. Add ground walnuts, mix, add sifted flour with baking powder and cocoa. Whisk the ingredients and add the egg white snow and gently combine the mass.

Pour the mixture into a prepared (buttered or lined with baking paper) cake mold (size 26). Bake Bistvit in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Leave the baked biscuit to cool down.
