Cake with Nutella

Ingredients

For the cream
500 ml whole milk
4 egg yolks

100 g sugar
50 g flour
1 vanilla sugar

For the dough
200 g flour
100 g sugar
100 g butter

4 eggs
100 ml milk
200 g dark chocolate
8 g sweet yeast

For garnish
100 g Nutella
chocolate drops
