Ingredients
400 g of fudge mass
250 g mascarpone
500 ml whipping cream 30%
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
approx. 50 crackers
3 nut wafers (120 g)
2 handfuls of peanuts
Preparation
1. Whip the cream with mascarpone and powdered sugar until fluffy.
2. Line a 20×20 cm baking tray with crackers. Spread half of the cream mixture on the crackers. Cover everything with another layer of crackers.
3. Chop the peanut wafers into smaller pieces and mix with 300 g of the fudge mass. Pour the mixture onto the crackers and cover the whole thing with another layer of crackers.
4. Then put the remaining cream mass and crackers again.
