Butter biscuit cake with vanilla cream recipe, no baking!

 

INGREDIENTS

2 packs of butter biscuits (or lotus biscuits)
250 g quark
2 tbsp powdered sugar 1
pack vanilla sugar
2 cups of whipped cream ( 400g in total )
1 tbsp powdered sugar
500 ml well-chilled milk
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack Dr. Oetker Galetta cream pudding with vanilla flavor.
A little milk to drizzle over the cookies

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl, mix the quark with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
In another bowl, beat the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff.
In the third bowl, beat milk with Galetta cream powder and vanilla sugar.
