Ingredients
4 eggs
100 g sugar
2 packs vanilla
sugar 120 g butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
300 ml milk
300 g flour
1 pack baking powder
For the cream:
400 g mascarpone
100 g powdered sugar
250 ml cream
1 pack cream stiffener
1 pack vanilla sugar
Chocolate icing
Preparation
Egg yolks Mix with butter, 100 g sugar and cocoa until fluffy.
Pour in milk and finally add the flour mixed with baking powder. Place
the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper
and put it in the oven. Bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes – don’t take your eyes off it.
