Apricot muffins

Ingredients

200 grams of apricots see notes
130 grams of sugar
200 grams of wheat flour
1 pinch of salt

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
50 grams ground almonds or desiccated coconut
90 milliliters of rapeseed oil or 110g liquid butter
200 grams of natural yogurt

2 medium eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
40 grams of flaked almonds optional

Instructions
