Ingredients:

•100 ml egg liqueur

•60 g sugar

•50 g sugar
•1 packet of vanilla sugar
•1 pinch of salt
•300 g flour
•1 packet of baking powder
•150 g quark
•6 tbsp milk
•6 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
✔️For brushing:
•1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp milk
•Icing sugar for dusting
•1 egg white
