Ingredients :
1 small head of white cabbage, cut into strips
500g minced meat (beef, pork or mixed)
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil or neutral vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Spices of your choice (e.g. paprika, caraway, thyme)
Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g. parsley)
Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan oven) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the chopped onions, minced garlic, salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Knead well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Brush or drizzle the prepared baking sheet with the olive oil.
