A perfect unbaked caramel dessert that is really easy to prepare

Ingredients

400 g of caramel cookies ground into flour + 2 tablespoons of butter + a little water
750 g of soft cottage cheese + 250 g of ricotta + sugar to taste + thickener (I used 1/2 sachet of cold thickener to which I added 50
ml of warm water and mixed into the cream have)

preparation

Mix the cookies with butter and water and press the mixture into the bottom of the mold. We prepare the cream by mixing cottage cheese with ricotta and sugar, we prepare a stiff that we add to the cream and then pour on the body.
