A CHEAP CHOCOLATE CAKE THAT WILL MAKE YOU WISE

Ingredients:

– 5 eggs
– 1 liter of milk
– 11 spoons of sugar
– 11 spoons of flour (flat)
– 4 spoons of cocoa
– 3 spoons of oil
– 1 baking powder
– 100 g of chocolate
– 100 g of margarine
– 300 g of whipped cream or sweet cream

Preparation:

Put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees, and during that time whip the egg whites with 5 spoons of sugar until foamy. Add egg yolk and oil, then slowly beat.

At the end, add 5 spoons of flour, 2 spoons of cocoa and baking powder and gently combine everything with a blender.

Pour the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper and bake. Immediately reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees.

While the crust is baking, mix the remaining 6 spoons of flour, 2 spoons of cocoa and 6 spoons of sugar with a little milk, and bring the rest to a boil. Boil the sifted flour in the boiled milk and stir until it thickens.

Remove from the heat and add the broken chocolate, then stir until the chocolate melts. Leave to cool completely.
