Lightning-fast chocolate cake ready for the oven in 2 to 3 minutes

Ingredients

2 cups of sugar
1 cup of carbonated mineral water (important!)
4 eggs
2 cup(s) of flour
3 cup(s) of nuts of your choice (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds…), ground

 

1 pinch of salt
1 cup of oil or
butter, melted
1 Package of baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
For the glaze:
150 g chocolate
150 g whipped cream

Preparation

1. Simply mix all the ingredients. Then pour the mixture into a springform, tin or loaf pan.
