Ingredients :
300 g biscuit(s) (butter biscuits)
1 egg
150g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
60g cocoa powder
150 g coconut oil
1 teaspoon rum or rum flavoring
Preparation :
1. First, stir the egg, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, then melt the coconut oil and let it cool again.
Then gradually stir in the cocoa, rum and the foamy egg-sugar mixture into the liquid, cooled fat.
