Required ingredients:
– 12 sheets (500 g) of crust for pies and baklava
– 500 g of prunes (pitted)
– 200 g of ground walnuts
– 300 g of chopped walnuts
– 2 bags of Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
– 4 spoons of sugar
– 150 g of butter
– 100 ml of sour water
Agda:
– 650 g of sugar
– 3 bags Dr. Oetker Vanilla sugar
– 700 ml of water
– 2-3 spoons of rose water
– 1 lemon cut into slices
Making of:
First, prepare the agda… Pour water into a suitable pan and add sugar and vanillin sugar. Heat at a higher temperature until it boils, then reduce the temperature to a gentle boil and cook for another 15-20 minutes.
