Ingredients:
For the Potato Patties:
– 6 potatoes (800 g)
– 1 glass of starch (100 g)
– Grated cheddar cheese (150 g)
– 1 pinch of parsley
– 1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
For Coating:
– 1 egg
– 1 cup bread crumbs
For Frying:
– Vegetable oil
Instructions:
For the Potato Patties:
1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
2. Squeeze out excess moisture from the grated potatoes using a clean kitchen towel.
3. In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, starch, grated cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
4. Shape the mixture into patties or any desired shape.
