INGREDIENTS
For biscuit
mix 180g (1.6 cups) chocolate wafer crumbs with 60g (0.2 cups) melted butter. For the cream, mix 340 g (3.4 cups) dark chocolate, 680 g (5.6 cups) cream cheese, 30 g (3 tablespoons) cocoa powder, 200 g (1 cup) white sugar, 50 g (0 .4 cups) of brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks and 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of vanilla extract.
glaze:
For the recipe you will need 300 ml (equivalent to 1.25 cups) of whipped cream and 230 g (which is approximately 2.3 cups) of dark chocolate.
Decor:
You will need approximately 50 grams or half a cup of grated chocolate for the sprinkling.
