SUPER CREAMY, TASTY AND CHOCOLATE CAKE…very easy to make

PREPARATION:

For a delicious sponge cake, mix crushed Oreo biscuits with melted butter. Then transfer the mixture to a mold lined with baking paper. Bake this wonderful delicacy at 160 degrees for 10 minutes. While the biscuit is in the oven, it’s time to prepare the cream.
Beat the cream cheese together with the white and brown sugars until well combined. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and stir until well combined. Slowly add the egg and yolk one by one with constant mixing. Finally, add vanilla extract.
After you have combined the biscuit and the mixture, move on to pouring it into the baking dish. Leave the cake to bake for 60 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees. When the cake is completely baked, leave it to cool naturally at room temperature. Gently remove the cake from the mold and cover it with the glaze.
To prepare the glaze, simply heat the cream to boiling point. Then add the chocolate to the hot cream and mix the ingredients well.
Leave the cake to cool in the refrigerator for 60 minutes, then lightly sprinkle the grated chocolate over the surface of the cake.
