Ingredients

5 French breads
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons curd
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon) green smell

Preparation method

1. Make cuts in the loaves as if you were going to slice them, but without reaching the end. Book.

2. In a bowl, add the butter, curd, garlic, parmesan and green flavour.

3. Mix everything well until it forms a paste.

4. Pass this paste over the cuts made in the bread.

Easy Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe

Ingredients

6 loaves of bread (can be hot dog or French)
200 g of curd (1 pot)
150 g of grated mozzarella cheese
6 cloves of garlic, chopped or grated
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation method

1. In a bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, curd, garlic, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

2. You will cut the loaves, but without cutting them completely! Simply make cuts almost to the end of the bread, keeping the pieces together, like in the photo above.

3. Fill the spaces in the bread slices with the cheese mixture.

4. Spread the butter over the breads and then add the Parmesan cheese.

5. You can bake them on the grill, in the conventional oven, and even in the air fryer!

6. On the barbecue and conventional oven it takes around 10 minutes, and just keep an eye on the color to avoid burning.

And in the air fryer, which is where I usually make the most, just 5 minutes. They get super crispy and delicious.
