ZVRK-POGAČA AN UNSEEN MIRACLE – TRUST ME ON MY WORD – THE SOFTEST, TASTIEST, SIMPLEST POGACA EVER

Necessary ingredients:

Dimensions I used:
125 ml tea cup
35 cm dish
2 egg whites
1 cup of milk
1 cup of hot water
2 tablespoons of yogurt
half a teaspoon of oil
3 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
75 g of soft butter (margarine)
9 teaspoons of flour
Filling:
200 g of
parsley cheese
For its surface:
2 egg yolks and
1 tablespoon of milk
Cooking time:
Bake in a preheated oven at 190° for about 40/45 minutes.

20 g of yeast
2 dl of milk (if you need a little more)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
5 tablespoons of oil

150 g of margarine
For coating the cake
1 piece of sesame
oil
