Zellige peanut chocolate cakes

A delicious recipe for Zellige peanut chocolate cakes with Snickers flavors without cooking so refined. Zellige or Rkhama is a succulent traditional little bite that comes to us from Morocco, easy and quick to prepare, based on dried fruits (peanuts or almonds, sesame), chocolate and honey.

INGREDIENTS

500 g of peanuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
1/2 teaspoon of fleur de sel

40 g of honey
100 g sweetened condensed milk
80 g white chocolate
400 g dark chocolate or milk chocolate
1 tablespoon of neutral grapeseed or sunflower oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Roast the skinless peanuts in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown in the middle.
