Melt the chocolate in 30 second increments in the microwave.

You should have around 860g of dough. Divide your dough in half.
Pour 400 g into a salad bowl and add the melted chocolate while mixing, then the cocoa and a tablespoon of milk.
On the remaining dough, add the vanilla sugar and mix.

Butter a mold measuring 22 to 24 cm in diameter.

In the bottom of the mold, pour 2 tablespoons of vanilla batter then 2 tablespoons of chocolate batter. Repeat the operation until you no longer have any dough. Tap the bottom of the mold to release any air bubbles.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C static heat. Bake for between 35 and 45 minutes depending on the oven. Don’t hesitate to check the doneness by pricking the center of the cake with a knife.
