Yogurt Plumcake

Whisk eggs and sugar: In a large bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
Incorporating the yogurt: Gradually add the yogurt to the egg and sugar mixture, making sure to incorporate it well after each addition.

Adding the oil and milk: Mix the oil and milk in a measuring jug, then add them to the previous mixture.
