YOGURT CUBES WITH RASPBERRIES… I Haven’t Tried Such Refreshment From Cake For A Long Time…

Preparation

Pour cold water over the gelatin.
Place the raspberries in a pan and add the sugar. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Stir the gelatin into the mixture.
Grind with a stick blender. Pour the mixture into a narrow mold lined with transparent foil.
Place it well.
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer
Add the other ingredients and mix.
Pour into a pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
For the base:
Briefly mix yogurt, sugar, honey and cheese. At the end, mix with whipped cream.
Cut the baked biscuit into two parts. Spread half of the butter on the crust. Put the raspberry jelly in the middle and cover with the rest of the filling.
Fold over the other half of the cookie. Put the cake in the fridge to cool.
