Yoghurt cake in 2 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups yogurt of your choice
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 pack vanilla sugar
1 pack baking powder
Fat for the mold
Flour for the mold

Preparation:

1. It’s that easy: always use the same yoghurt pot or cups to measure
2. Then mix all the ingredients and bake in a greased, floured springform pan (24cm or 26cm) on the middle shelf for 50 to 60 minutes at 160 – 180°C.
